Founding Cohort 2026
Become the Founding AI Innovation Fellow.
One person will help shape the future of an established business through AI, automation, and innovation.
Imagine someone trusted you with a successful business...
...and simply asked,
“Make it smarter.”
No bureaucracy.
No micromanagement.
No waiting years to earn influence.
Just the opportunity to build.
That is what this Fellowship is about.
If reading this makes you excited instead of nervous...

You may already be thinking like an AIF Fellow.
Built by entrepreneurs.
Designed for builders.
Created for people who believe AI should solve real problems — not just create content.

01
Most internships ask you to fit inside an existing role. This one asks you to help discover what the role should become.
As the Founding AI Innovation Fellow, you will step into a live innovation environment where AI is changing the speed, scope, and shape of work. You will not be handed busywork. You will be asked to notice leverage, build first versions, and turn rough ideas into practical systems.
The right person will treat uncertainty as the point. If you are energized by blank pages, fast learning, and the chance to prove what a new role could be, this program was designed for you.
02
Map where AI can create real operating leverage, not surface-level novelty.
Prototype workflows, agents, automations, research systems, and decision tools.
Turn experiments into clear playbooks that other people can actually use.
Help define the first version of an AI-native innovation role from the inside.
03
You see a messy problem and start testing your way toward a useful first version.
You care about repeatable workflows, not just clever one-off outputs.
You can pick up unfamiliar tools, compare options, and explain what matters.
You know that better AI work still needs human clarity, restraint, and standards.
You can make complex ideas feel usable for people who do not live inside the tools.
You are ready for a role where initiative is not extra credit. It is the job.
04
05
Find repetitive work, redesign the process, and build systems that save time without lowering quality.
Use AI to gather, compare, summarize, and sharpen intelligence for better decisions.
Create lightweight agentic tools that help people plan, draft, analyze, and execute.
Build repeatable AI-assisted content workflows with strong voice, structure, and quality control.
Explore where AI makes new offers, business models, or customer experiences possible.
Document what works so the fellowship becomes a repeatable model, not a one-time experiment.
06
We did not create this fellowship because we needed another employee.
We created it because AI is changing business faster than traditional hiring can keep up.
Instead of hiring someone into an old role...
We are inviting one person to help invent a new one.
Shape the first version of a role instead of inheriting one.
Work close to real decisions, real constraints, and real business questions.
Leave with visible proof: systems, playbooks, prototypes, and strategic insight.
Create a potential pathway to ongoing work based on mutual fit and performance.

My name is Chris.
Twenty years ago, I started building businesses because I loved solving problems.
Today, artificial intelligence has become the greatest business tool I have ever seen.
Not because it replaces people.
Because it allows exceptional people to accomplish extraordinary things.
The AIF Program exists because I believe there are brilliant innovators out there who simply have not been given the opportunity to prove what they are capable of.
Maybe that is you.

Your first application signal is not a cover letter. It is a short demonstration of how you think, build, and see opportunity.

This is a selective process for one founding seat, not a mass hiring campaign. Every stage is designed to identify builders with judgment, initiative, and proof.

Final Step
Someone is teaching themselves an AI tool because they are curious.
Someone is experimenting with automation simply because they enjoy building.
Someone is waiting for an opportunity exactly like this.
If that is you...

Some opportunities help you find a career.
Others help you discover what you’re capable of.
We hope this becomes one of those opportunities.
